Heavy duty welded steel construction. Reusable. Meets or exceeds OSHA standards as defined by 29CFR parts 1910 and 1926. For use with Qual-Craft personal Fall Arrest System. Should be used in conjunction with pump jack scaffolding, staging or carpenter-style brackets and ladder jack scaffolding.
